认真组织课堂教学，打造高效课堂。课堂教学的成败直接影响着教学效果，所以上课我设法吸引学生，提高学生的兴趣。在课堂上，我采用多种教学方式，利用多媒体展示台等现代化教学手段充分调动学生的积极性。加强师生交流，使他们能在轻松愉快合作交流中学到知识。根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。课堂教学充分利用课后服务，落实培优补差计划。课后服务时间，我让学生们以小组学习的形式相互讲解题目。然后学生不懂的，我在集中解决，及时讲清楚，让学生及时消化。同时利用课后服务的时间让学生及时复习前10单元的内容，做到新课与复习课几乎同时进行。也可以让学生们通过小组相互提问的方式默写一些单词。这样就可以节省大量的课堂时间，学生们的记忆的也比较好，也能做到每个人在课后服务的时间都有事做。培优补差
