如何冲泡小青柑

小青柑冲泡方法如下:

1、碎皮泡饮,把柑普茶内的普洱茶倒出适量,再将柑皮壳掰成若干小碎块,与普洱茶混合,再加沸水冲泡。

2、掀盖泡饮,将青柑仔填茶口的盖皮掀开,再将整粒青柑仔连同盖皮直接投入杯或壶中,加沸水冲泡,再等柑皮和普洱中的物质慢慢溶出,汤色呈深金黄色时即可。

3、九孔泡饮,备一普洱茶刀,用茶刀在青柑仔四周及柑底部钻九孔,孔径大小以不漏碎茶为宜。再将其投入壶中,冲沸水,茶徐徐浸出,与柑皮的清香慢慢融合。口感清甜适度、耐泡,带孔的柑皮包裹着普洱茶,既无碎茶漏出,又可防止茶溶出速度过快。
